Hand built in the UK, with 835PS and a class leading 1,000Nm of torque, the new V12 engine is unmatched. The result of a complete re-design, targeting optimisation and improvement, the new engine refines every stage of the internal combustion process to achieve unprecedented performance and efficiency.

TRANSMISSION AND POWERTRAIN
Corner conquering torque

Engine power is fed through the ZF 8-speed automatic transmission. An increase in performance feel has been achieved by a shorter Final Drive Ratio (FDR) of 3.083:1, giving greater in-gear acceleration than previous models. A new transmission calibration enhances shift speeds and driver interaction, further emphasising the engagement and performance feel of the new model.

HANDLING AND STEERING
Steering wheel feeding you braille from the road

Vantage steering character focuses on precision, response and feedback. The non-isolated steering column, previously exclusive to the highest performance models, gives an enhanced dynamic feel by providing a more direct connection between driver, steering wheel and body structure. This direct connection ensures maximum exchange of information between steering input, vehicle response and road surface.

Stitching yourself into every chicane

Vantage features a low seating position creating a sporting feel and the perfect position for dynamic driving. The low-volume fascia design enhances the feeling of cabin space. The low centre console and scalloped door panels optimise space around the upper body ensuring the driver’s arms are not hindered during dynamic driving or manoeuvring.

A cockpit doused in decibels

With Bowers & Wilkins audio, listeners can access a demonstration audio visual experience. Accessed via a small video logo icon, this dedicated presentation combines a full acoustic demonstration of soundscapes and system performance while presenting an emotive on-screen visual accompaniment.

CENTRE CONSOLE
A furore of focus

To enhance driver focus and remove distraction from the steering wheel, all chassis control functions have been moved to the ergonomically designed centre console with push button or rotary control access to change the settings.
